A:Upon entering the building, there is a thermal temperature scan that each guest, employee and patron must stop at prior to being granted entry. The front desk has a Plexiglas partition set up for the safety of both staff and guests. There is more frequent cleaning and sanitizing of high-traffic areas and public areas. There are several hand sanitizer stations set up throughout the hotel and next to the elevators at each floor. Upon check in, each guest will receive a personal PPE kit inclusive of a surgical mask, hand sanitizer, wipes, and disposable gloves. All collateral and magazines have been removed from guest rooms. Each room is deeply cleaned and sanitized prior to arrival and then sealed so that no one has gone into the room after disinfection and cleaning. Hotel staff will not enter rooms during your stay to avoid unnecessary contact. However, if you need extra towels, or toiletries, please contact the front desk during your stay and they can be delivered contactless to your door.Your safety and the safety of our staff are our top priority.
