Reservations
A: Check-in time begins at 3 pm and check out time ends at 12 noon. Early check-in may be requested but is not guaranteed. There will be a $75 charge excluding taxes and fees for early arrival. Depending on availability, late check-out may be available; a $75-full day charge excluding taxes and fees will be applied for late check-out. In the event your room is not ready, luggage may be stored at the front desk while you enjoy the on-site amenities or explore the neighborhood.
A: Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. All reservations must be canceled within the reservation cancellation period to avoid cancellation charges. Guests can pay cash upon departure if they wish!
A: There is a 15.7% room tax that is not included in the rate and 9.50% sales tax.
A: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. An incidental deposit of $100 per day will be authorized upon arrival. If you wish to pay cash at the hotel you can do so upon departure.
We are accepting credit card authorization forms for established Corporate Negotiated Accounts. Both NLRA and LRA accounts are allowed and must be a company credit card.

A: We are a pet friendly hotel for both dogs and cats. Pets are allowed up to 25 pounds maximum. Our pet fee is a non-refundable $50.00 USD deposit per day. No fees for Service Animals with proof of paperwork.

A: The Grove, which is an outdoor shopping center with restaurants and retail stores are open with capacity limitations and COVID-19 precautions in place. The movie theatre is not currently open. The Beverly Center, which is a luxury indoor shopping center, is open with COVID-19 precautions in place. The Hollywood Walk of Fame is an outdoor tourist attraction and is currently open. All LA area hiking trails, including the famous Runyon Canyon are open. All LA area beaches are open, although mask wearing and distancing are encouraged.
A: All persons above the age of 2, are required by LA County and CA public health order to wear a face covering (mask) in all businesses and public areas and when within 6 feet of another person or group from a different household.
A: Continental breakfast is available at the hotel-everything is individually wrapped to comply with safety guidelines. All other dining is room service only and is fulfilled by Berri's on 3rd Street, a local restaurant partner.
A: Upon entering the building, there is a thermal temperature scan that each guest, employee and patron must stop at prior to being granted entry. The front desk has a Plexiglas partition set up for the safety of both staff and guests. There is more frequent cleaning and sanitizing of high-traffic areas and public areas. There are several hand sanitizer stations set up throughout the hotel and next to the elevators at each floor. Upon check in, each guest will receive a personal PPE kit inclusive of a surgical mask, hand sanitizer, wipes, and disposable gloves. All collateral and magazines have been removed from guest rooms. Each room is deeply cleaned and sanitized prior to arrival and then sealed so that no one has gone into the room after disinfection and cleaning. Hotel staff will not enter rooms during your stay to avoid unnecessary contact. However, if you need extra towels, or toiletries, please contact the front desk during your stay and they can be delivered contactless to your door.Your safety and the safety of our staff are our top priority. Therefore, we are heeding the guidance and recommended protocols of the CHLA, AHLA, CDC, local state guidelines, WHO and others.
A: Due to the unpredictable nature of the pandemic, we have altered our cancellation policy to be extremely flexible to the constant changes. Through June of 2021, guests will have the option to cancel their reservation same day without any penalty, even if the reservation was prepaid. This does not apply to reservations booked through a 3rd party as those reservations need to be handled by those other entities.
